1-800 Toll-free Phone Number to contact eHarmony Customer Service

Yes there’s a toll-free telephone number and eHarmony doesn’t want you to know it. The numbers are nowhere in their website. eHarmony accepts calls from customers from eHarmony US, eHarmony Canada, eHarmony Australia, eHarmony UK and Compatible Partners.

They are open every day between 4am and 12am PST. Be ready to wait though.

In case it isn’t obvious, these are North American toll-free numbers. Overseas, you can reach the company by dialing 011 1 626 795 4814, as per the phone book.

If you’ve got a question on using eHarmony, the answer could be right here in the blog. Try our search box.

Seeking a refund? You will want to read our off-the-record “How to get a refund” primer before calling.

UPDATE: These numbers are also for the Compatible Partners website.

UPDATE 3-Oct-2008: eHarmony’s new customer service telephone number is 1-800-951-2023.

UPDATE 24-Oct-2008: Another number is 1-800-390-3548.

UPDATE 15-Nov-2008: Want another one? 1-800-263-6133

UPDATE 25-Jul-2009: Want a fourth? 1-800-673-3548

UPDATE 9-Nov-2009: For the UK? 0-800-028-0308. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. GMT

UPDATE: For Australia? eHarmony Australia has no local toll free number. Yeah they’ve been around since December 2007 and still have no local phone number. Don’t hold your breath for it.

UPDATE 18-Aug-2010: For Brazil? 0800 892 2202. Segunda a Sexta, 11:00 – 19:00 (Horário de Brasília).

Now that you’re here (or simply while you’re waiting to be connected), we invite you to check the rest of eHarmony Blog out. Thanks for stopping by!

Rusty, questionnaire problems can be fixed by a CS agent, just call 1-800-951-2023 and tell them you are having questionnaire issues.

Deborah, a call to CS can also solve your problems; they can take your last name off the profile that shows to your matches, give you suggestions for your profile, and make sure it is showing what you want it to show.

I am a gay male christian who was looking for a serious relationship. This company after reading it further doesn’t promote stats for gay/lesbians but does for heterosexual’s. It does not serve a good purpose in our community, at all. The service I have recieved is substandard.

If anyone would care to meet me at church, let me know. My email is gaychristian2010@aol.com. I live in Los Angeles. God Bless all who work for e-harmony. I would want your conscience.

I can-not contact eharmony to cancel. The phone number given is a betting shop. The only way to get out is to cancel credit card debits. You join for a month and eharmony thinks it for life. its a good way to skim your account. Just to let you know I think its a SCAM.

Eharmony reset my account out of the blue & for no apparent reason. When I asked them about why? and could they reset it they kept responding telling me that my query had been sent from an email not linked to my account (which was not so). These requests went back and forwards about 6 – 8 times and resulted today in me receiving an email telling me that they(EHarmony) had CLOSED my account. For which they say they do not need to disclose why!
My sons purchased my membership for me as a ‘USA mother’s day prezzie’ for me – their dad died 12 years ago & they worry for me! It still has a few months to run & they say they don’t refund membership costs!!
HELP! Can someone please tell me what I can do to at least reclaim my sons’ money – I was in the middle of communicating with a number of matches & all just wiped out when my account was reset!
What can I do to receive justice?

Heather, I’m sorry to hear this. Earlier this year a former cs rep came by and gave us insight on “unfair” terminations. Please read http://www.pinoy.ca/eharmony/12/comment-page-8#comment-100776 &ff . If you have more questions, we’d love to hear from you.

re my previous comment on unexplained termination…
I can see NO VALID reason at all as to why they ‘closed’ my account and AT LEAST would like to get a refund of my son’s money!!
    How can i go about
    a) finding out what reason they had to decide to to close my account? I have taken this as a personal hurt, and
    b) how can i go about getting a refund for the period paid up front for?
I have NEVER done any of the stuff they list as ‘not allowed’ beyond requesting them to ‘please sort out the problem for me’ … that they caused by ‘resetting my account’ in the first place!
What recourse do i have to reclaim my subscription?
thanks to any & all help & advice

I, too, am getting a run-around from eHarmony. I questioned why I was no longer being sent new matches. After that, a customer service rep. reset my questionnaire, stating that by redoing it, the answers may help better taylor additional matches for me. I expressly requested they not do that until I had the time to complete it, but they did it anyway. I finally completed the reset questionnaire, today, and submitted it. Now they are telling me that I have to take out a subscription. THE FOUR MONTH SUBSCRIPTION I TOOK OUT ISN’T EVEN EXPIRED YET. A representative, responding to my fifth or sixth email in a discussion thread (with the same Incident Report #) states that there is no record of a subscription for the login information in my email. I just logged back in to prove to myself that I was a former subscriber and that the information was still valid. I have sent a final request to eHarmony for them to correct the situation, once and for all. I explained that I will copy the last email to a supervisor or corporate manager, if I can find one. Guess what — I can’t. After reading some of the blogs on this site, I now understand that they are a shady bunch, at best, and I would appreciate any hints on how to cancel the rest of the subscription without being obligated to fulfil the payment requirement. If they are going to play dirty pool, then I don’t plan to fund that game for them. Can anyone offer any advice? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Bruryeh

Please contact your US Senator either in your city or their office in Washington, DC. Let these “bull dogs” go after these “vultures”. In my case, I paid through AMX and complained to them, they refunded me in full and they went after E-Harmony and got full credit from them. There always is more than one way to skin the “cat.” Hang in there! Keep the faith! Good Luck to you. This too shall pass! Please write me via an e-mail if you like. Thanks.

Just contact you credit card company or your bank and tell them they failed to deliver the product and their services are fraudulent.
