There is something seriously wrong… Resolved — eHarmony gave me four days credit

Last night I wrote them a complaint email, threatening to stop renewing. I received a reply this morning:

Subject: eHarmony Account Information

(The message has small mistake: the customer care department is not open twenty-four hours a day.)

I checked my Account Settings page and, lo, I have new matches and eHarmony gives me four days credit. They moved my expiry date four days forward. The response was fast, too! Thank you, eHarmony, I’m quite satisfied. Now I get back to the business of contacting my new matches!

(Update: I got 7 matches today!)
