I am a deployed army reservist and have tried canceling my account. I in fact forgot about this and spent 6 months in Iraq before noticing I was being billed. I have had only one response from eharmony who will not confirm that my account is cancelled and asking me to call. I also asked for a refund for the prior three months, but no answer to that either. I have been emailing the usernet email….any help?

Who is to say that eHarmony can’t hook you up with your soul mate in Iraq? Maybe with another enlisted, or with a local, who knows? Give it a chance. Peace

Thanks for serving!
Hey just log into your eharmony account online, click on “my settings” and then click on “account settings” and you can cancel from there.
When you cancel your account, you will still get matches but will not be able to communicate or see their pictures, and your credit card will no longer be charged. This is great if you plan on signing up later.
If you”close” your account, you will be removed from eharmony, and cut ties for good.
As far as the refund, try calling them if you can from Iraq… and explain the situation to them by calling them at 1-800-951-2023
Hope this helps! Take care now, and be safe over there!… You can do it!
