New eHarmony Feature: eHarmony Secure Call

It appears that eHarmony has just added a new Secure Call feature to allow you to talk over the phone with your matches without having to reveal your phone numbers to each other. From their web site:

	Click Request a Call on your match’s profile page.
	Enter your phone number, and Secure Call will send an email to your match letting them know you want to talk. Your phone number will not be shared with your match.
	Once your match accepts your request, you will be notified via email and will see a Place a Call link on your match’s profile.
	Whenever you’re ready to call, click the link and your phone will ring. Pick it up and Secure Call will connect you to your match!

It will cost you $7.95 a month on top of your regular eHarmony subscription – it’s not yet clear whether both sides need to pay that extra fee in order to be able to communicate, or just the person who requests the call.

Sounds like a great new tool for those who are more into talking than writing. Now if they would only fix the web side of things so it didn’t time out after I spend half an hour writing a message to True Love #3…

The ad for Secure Call cracks me up with that “Experience the thrill …” tag line.
