EHB, on your side — August 2010 issue 16 seconds agoI am a paralegal in a state which has a searchable court database. When I ran a name search on one of my matches, I discovered he had a domestic violence conviction. I transmitted the info to eHarmony; subsequently, he was removed from the site. Two other of my matches were removed from the site for “violation of the terms of agreement.” I had received notification messages about those removals from eHarmony earlier. It seems to me this is relatively high proportion of matches with problems, especially considering I’ve only been a member for a couple of months. My match that was convicted of DV had obvious anger issues. I guess I’m wondering who exactly eHarmony is rejecting, if this type of individual is approved.

Hi, I’m the person who was assaulted. I can’t believe how they just let EVERYONE on their website! This must be a gigantic issue! How can they say they’re going to do the matching for us and then match us up with people like this??? Thanks for your post!
